Animal Levels
Animals
Animals can now be leveled up
To level up an Animal you need Animal XP, which is gained from playing races
Once an Animal has enough Animal XP, the Animal can be leveled up using Coins or Gems
Leveling up an Animal rewards you with Cubes
Powerups
Powerups are no longer bought with Coins/Gems, and are instead bought with Cubes
UI
Elite Animals & Duos Teams
We have updated the UI to be more clear when the League Season resets and you have more than 1000 Trophies/Medals on an Animal or Duos Team to show you which Animals and Duos Teams gave you what and how much.
Gameplay
Jumping
Jumping now has a more defined arc with more hang time for those opportune moments to use aiming Powerups. The double jump now has a new animation to make it clear when you do the double jump, as well as more of a speed penalty to make it more of a reaction than an optimal mode of traversal.
Climbing
Climbing has been changed to be a binary way of traversing walls. This is to make it clearer when you are missing your leap timings to allow for more mastery of your Animals. Now if you hold or spam your Up-button when on a wall, you will do the normal climb running. If you press the Up-button as you land on a wall and the Animals latches, you will do another climbing leap which is faster than the normal climb running. This can also be done from leap to leap, so when you get into the leaping grove, just keep going!
Animal Stats
Animals now also have different climbing stats. Some Animals will be better at running up walls, while some are better at leaping.
Slam
Slamming has been changed to no longer stop you in the air and then push you straight down. Now you keep some of your momenta as you instantly push yourself downwards at the press of the Down button, making the action much more fluid and losing less speed overall. So let’s get to slammin’!
[NEW] Slide
Bullet time! We’re now introducing Slide to the game! As players from Fun Run 3 are familiar with, when you now press the Down button on the ground your Animal will Slide to be able to dodge Powerups that come at you at head height. We hope that this will lead to a much more sense of mastery and really cool moments!
[NEW] Vault
Parkour! The Animals are now more alive and will help themselves traverse obstacles that they can reach with their arms. Gone are the days when you land on the ledge of a wall and just wish the Animal would drag itself up to get over it.

Leap power: 30 → 40
Passive - Rapid Recovery
Acceleration increase on respawn: 40% → 150%
Dragon
Ability - Comet Burst
Charge-up: 0.5s → 0.33s
Burst: 43 → 50
Burst angle when not aiming: 30 → 20
Passive - Chaotic Rebirth
Burst on respawning: 26 → 30
Burst angle: 30 → 20
Lion
Base Stats
Top speed: 17.85 → 18.7
Passive - Predator Rush
Burst on kill: 5 → 7.5
Hippo
Ability - Ferocious Bite
Burst angle on kill: 0 → 10
Charge: 1000 → 1100
Passive - Mass Effect
Force resistance: -25% → -20%
Robin
Ability - Phase Dash
Dash duration: 0.26s → 0.23s
Passive - Protected Delivery
Invulnerability duration: 0.5s → 0.33s
Cat
Ability - Shadow Rush
Duration: 3s → 2.5s
Boost: 5 → 15
Passive - Shrouded Revival
Duration: 2s → 1.5s
Bug Fixes
Fixed an issue where you couldn’t get progression on some Powerup Quests
Fixed a bug where the detailed information about how many Medals you had gained from a Duos race would be wrong
Fixed an issue where the Plus button to invite more Runners to a party of 2 would be gone
Fixed so that the Main Menu always clears when entering the Pre-Game of a race
Fixed a bug where the recent Powerup would show up in the hand when using an Ability
Fixed an issue where the Social Dropdowns would sort behind the content preview in the Runner Pass Upgrade page
Fixed a bug where Podium Effects would sort above UI in some instances
Fixed an issue where Duos Teams would switch places in the Pre-Game, creating confusion
Fixed some bugs regarding multiple information bubbles to buttons at the same time
